Sir,
With due reverence, it is to bring to your kind notice that a prestigious Senior Secondary institute” Minto circle School, is located at Allouchi Bagh Srinagar which is just 2Km’s away from SMC Srinagar. The school is CBSE affiliated provide Co- Education and having about current enrollment of 1000 students. This school is serving to the students of all the districts of Kashmir division particularly inner areas of Srinagar city along with student of Leh and kargil. The approaching road to the school via Khadi Mill is in dilapidated/ Deplorable condition with the result , the students face lot of inconvience particularly during rains, when the road gets submerged . It becomes an obstacle to the students particularly girls to reach the school. The locals also, particularly old aged people cannot venture out during rains.
It is as such requested to your good self to kindly intervene in the matter and ask the concerned engineering wing to prepare DPR’s for renovation and macademization of the said road, which is only of about 1km length so that the students as well as the inhabitants of the area will feel a sigh of relief .
